Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (45) days of the original purchase date and be in new and unused condition.

Return Process 

To return an item, please email to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. After receiving your RA, place the item carefully in its original packaging, write the RA number clearly on the outside of the packaging, and mail it to:

Please note: You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
